Hey, I’m Praneet—Doctor by Degree, Mover by Nature.

I’m a medical graduate and lifelong student of movement. I recently finished my MBBS and I’m preparing for the next step in my medical training. MovTrixx began much earlier, before the name, before the coaching, before I knew it would become anything at all.
Before medical school, during the long months of entrance preparation, my days were mostly sitting, studying, and stress. By the time I joined MBBS, I could feel that I wasn’t in the shape I used to be. My body felt sluggish. My mind, too. I didn’t want to spend the next several years like that. I wanted to feel strong, clear, and present , not just mentally, but physically too. I wanted something sustainable, something that felt honest, something I could carry with me no matter where life took me.
That’s when I found Calisthenics.
No gym. No equipment. Just a bar in a park, a patch of ground, my own body, and time.

At first, it was simply practice. Learning how to move again. Feeling my shoulders open up, my core switch on, my breath settle. I didn’t care about muscle-ups or handstands. I cared about feeling awake in my body. Over time, this practice became a daily rhythm. A way to reset. A way to stay connected to something real in the middle of a life that was constantly rushing.
People noticed.
Not because I was doing something flashy—but because there was intention behind my movement. Friends, classmates, and even strangers in the park would ask:
“How do you do that?”
“Can you help me learn?”
So I did. Slowly, one person at a time.
Not as a trainer, not as a coach – just someone who cared enough to share what had helped him.
And I saw something new:
When people start moving with awareness, everything changes.
The body feels lighter. The mind feels clearer.
Strength becomes something that supports life, not something you struggle to maintain.
That’s when I realized this wasn’t just my practice anymore.
MovTrixx grew from that place – a space to teach movement that is:
- Sustainable.
- Skill-based.
- Thoughtful.
Built on control, not rush. Built on awareness, not force.
Not workouts.
Not punishment.
Not “six-pack in six weeks.”
Just learning how to move your body well — so strength, mobility, and confidence become something you carry for life.
