Have you ever seen a carrot/brocolli being advertised?
Certainly not, but we do come across all sort of advertisement about McD, KFC, packed beverages eg Cocacola, Lays, Maggi and lot lot more.
While multiple factors influence eating behaviors and food choices of youth, one potent force is food advertising.
Every time we turn on TV, our mind is flushed with these ads and next time when we see that food item at a store, we have a tendency to purchase it.
Today’s youth lives in a media saturated environment.
Even though our TV usage has decreased over years but this is something being fed to us right from young age.Children recognize brands and logos by the time they’re 2 years old. It’s very powerful, and once those emotional attachments are established, they’re very difficult to get rid of.”

So it’s really upto you.
For today’s youth is gonna be tommorow’s future and we certainly don’t wanna screw it up.
Be an intelligent consumer and develop healthy eating habits. Don’t follow everything they show you on TV.
I’m sure we can achieve height of 5’10”-6′ even without Complan.
